1. Information we collect

Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, company or creator handle, city and language.
Profile and campaign details: niche, audience information you choose to share, portfolio links, rate expectations, briefs, deliverables and approvals.
Payment details needed to pay creators or invoice brands, handled through our payment partners.
Usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, used to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use it

To match creators with relevant brand campaigns and to show brands relevant creator profiles.
To operate collaborations: sharing briefs, tracking deliverables, releasing payouts and generating campaign reports.
To communicate with you about applications, campaigns, updates and support requests.
To detect fraud, fake engagement or misuse of the platform.

3. What we share

When you apply to or are shortlisted for a campaign, the relevant profile details are shared with that brand.
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email and payments, who process data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our users and platform.

4. Your choices

You can review and update your profile information at any time.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.

5. Data retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting obligations.
We use access controls, encryption in transit and vendor review to protect data. No online service can promise absolute security.

6. Children

Our platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors.
